Information Collected

At the time you make a purchase, subscribe to a newsletter, agree to participate in sweepstakes, contests, promotions, etc., we collect and store the following information:

This information is only used to better serve our customers’ needs.  Use of this information includes keeping customers informed about current order(s) and additional services or products that might be of interest to the customer.

PCA may also be tracking conversion data which is used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.  All conversion data is compiled in an anonymous fashion and will never be shared with any 3rd party.

Sweepstakes, Contests, Surveys, & Promotions

Occasionally, PCA will request additional information from customers through sweepstakes, contests, surveys or other promotions.  Information requested may include contact and demographic information.  In addition, we may automatically gather general statistical information about our website and visitors, such as IP addresses, browsers, pages viewed number of visitors, etc., but in doing so we do not reference you by individual name, e-mail address, home address, or telephone number.  We use this data in the aggregate in order to determine how much our customers use parts of our site so we can improve the customer experience on our site.
